    Product is flat packed for handling and delivery and comes with tools and instructions for assembly.

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Ordered the wrong item? Or not happy with the product? Simply contact us within 14 days from the day after delivery to return your order.

    • Log into our returns portal to create a return request
    • We'll get back to you within 48 hours to authorise the return.
    • You can then send the product back to us via a secure courier. You’ll need to arrange and pay for the courier, you should also make sure the product is insured with the courier and securely packaged for the journey.
    • Once we've received the product back we’ll check it over and then contact you with the next steps.

    If the item has been used we will only make a partial refund to cover the diminished value of the product.

    My product arrived damaged

    Please contact us immediately by phone or email to report any damage.

    It's rare that a product arrives damaged but if it does you can refuse the item at the point of delivery and it will be returned with the driver.

    How to report a damaged product:

    • Log into our returns portal to create a return request or give us a call
    • Upload any pictures of the damage via the return portal
    • We will respond to you within 48 hours to inform you of the next steps

    My new product is faulty

    We’ll sort it for you. If there are missing parts we can often send them out so you don't need to spend time sending the item back to us, call us on 0330 041 2270. For anything else just follow the procedure below.

    How to return a product to us:

    • Log into our returns portal to create a return request.
    • We'll arrange to collect the product. You should also make sure the product is securely packaged for the journey. Make sure you include all accessories that arrived with the product.
    • Once we've received the product back we'll check it over and then contact you with the next steps.
  • SHIPPING INFO

    • All orders placed before 2pm, unless otherwise specified are posted the next working day. Orders placed after the cut-off times will be processed the following day. No orders are packed or posted on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Our lead-times vary throughout the year; please check website for additional information.
    • Unless otherwise requested, items are shipped using Royal Mail or other courier Standard 2-3 business day untracked service (UK).
    • For example, if an order is placed at 11 am on Tuesday, it will be dispatched on Wednesday (next day) and will in all likelihood arrive by Friday or Saturday (2-3 business days later). This is not a guarantee. Royal Mail offers approximate delivery times, but there are sometimes delays.
    • Please note that we cannot instruct Royal Mail on how to deliver your parcel or where to place it in the event that you're not home to accept delivery. Any instructions you have should be placed in a signed and dated note on your front door or other highly visible place.
    • As Royal Mail 2nd class is not a fully tracked or signed for service, items can be listed as "delivered" even if you are not home to receive them - to prevent them from ending up with a neighbour, shed or other unknown location, please take the simple step of providing delivery instructions to the postie in a visible place. This goes a long way to prevent loss or delay. We are not able to refund lost orders that are marked as "delivered" in the Royal Mail system.
    • If you do not receive your parcel within 5 business days of dispatch, please 1) Check for a "sorry we missed" note; 2) Check with a neighbour and in the shed; 3) Check with your local post office/depot
    • If you are not home to receive delivery, you may need to check at your local post office or depot. Uncollected parcels are quickly returned to sender. We cannot offer refunds on personalised items or on shipping for any order that is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt. If a parcel is returned to sender, we can resend it provided shipping is paid for by the customer.

    If you do not receive your order within 5 days of the expected delivery date, please let us know immediately so that we can help you locate it
